insomnia...

as the subject indicates.. my brain is still active now.. cant access lala land. things floating in my mind. all over the place. too much activities. am still trying...

facts of work life...

two of my nice colleagues have tendered today. they are going over to one of the largest bank in the world. happy for them. i was thinking that since my buddy is heading to the new branch, nvm I still have the other two. now that they are leaving the bank, i cant help but feeling down. my buddy is feeling the same as well.

I know it is normal that people come and go esp in a bank but still they are the ones whom make your day a happy one. no matter what shit u have from other depts and external reasons, you will still open the door and leave with a smiling face. I cant blame them as what reasons for them to do so are valid and disturbing at times during the course of our work.

now I am waiting for the next opportunity that comes along for me to move on. I am kinda sick of being a job that seemed like a 'maid' function. haha. i seldom interact with clients that I used to. my job seemed insignificant though my management keeps emphasizing our importance. having the sales people to 'push' things to you, blame you when things go wrong and missing docs etc. esp there isn't any proper process at times and 'ever' changing. this is the main difference from my last bank.the backoffice people is not that helpful and likes to shoot email with all the heads in the CC: loop. haha. sometimes i find it amusing.

I encountered twice which i was being nagged and the lady can say.. i think ive got the wrong person. great, isnt it? joke of the day. i shall await for my results for my final module . once my pay is revised and time for my move. hopefully...

DIY door lock fixed... at last.

gosh.... just finish fixing on my new door lock for my mum's room. mum wants to save 20 bucks and i used 3 hrs to fix it. a gadget hard to fix and alot of energy.. my thumb and index fingers are bruised man. phewz... at last its done! hate it. told mum to get someone to fix next time.

on a happier note... jay is coming to sg for concert..great! its on 19 Jan 2008 Sat, 8pm.

Have not been updating these wks. my boss is transferring to a new branch. I am happy for him but sad as well. hopefully the next boss is a nice one like him. things are not good at wk. feeling kinda demoralised. tried to comfort myself at times. still can't help feeling down. hope things will improve.

completed my last module and exam as well. hope that I pass. was thinking to score a distinction but confidence fell after hearing my batchmates' contribution in writing so much for a 20 marks question. Guess I really did not write alot to score. hopefully my answers are up to his expections.

need to change my hp already, it has rather 'sicky' these wks. going in and out of the repair centre.

my new perfume. burberry brit sheer for women.


The scent comprises of yuzu, mandarin, pineapple leaves, lychee, grapes, peony, peach blossom, sweet pea, nashi pear, white musk and amyris wood. A very refreshing perfume. However, it does not last as long.
