this is my homecooked dinner for the day!

hmm.. my fave japanese sweet potato porridge, pork chop and mixed vegetables! hehe.. dd is sick today. hence, decided to cook porridge, hopefully to enhance his appetite. however, he is really very sick.. didnt eat much.. poor thing.

got to rush my essay.. :P

this is a nice red bean pie i bought from NTUC as well...

as u can see, it is very crispy! u just have to pan fry it. very easy. it tastes like 'roti prata' with hot red bean paste in it.. yummy!

my homecooked lunch!

after eating at the foodcourt for many days, decided to cook at home. i cooked the jap chicken i have bought earlier on, an egg, tofu soup and rice. That makes my meal for the whole day! yah, that is good enough. :)

if you guys wanna buy, you can get it at NTUC, there are different flavours. i have tried the normal one, didnt try the lemon chicken. the crispy one is the nice!!

a trip which is unsuccessful..

was supposed to fly tmr to bkk w my ex col, michelle. however, the hotels which i enquired are fully bk and the 'sudden' increase of the airfare, michelle n i decided to drop the idea.

nvm. there will be chances ahead as long as time allows. :) was thinking back while i was waiting for my bus in the afternoon. i rem the days he emailed me, called me and even bought lunch for me, knowing i cant even go out for lunch when i was still working then.. he gave me morn calls in the morn when he doesnt have to wake up that early. he waited for me for as long as 3 hrs or even longer cos i really cant leave when i cant clear my outstanding things. i really appreciated for what he has done. i know he is a guy hard to come by. cant help but to smile when i think back... i tell myself that whatever that is happening now will be ending soon.... :)

michelle n i went out to shop around marina square and suntec. we walked till our legs are breaking man. at least a form of 'exercise' for me. hehe. went to a few shops and tried 2 tops and a dress. i really like the dress. abit pricey. i looked really slim and tall in the dress man! hehehehhe. decided to take a shot to let dd see when im hm. sent him. he said i looked fat in it. i noe he doesnt like revealing clothes. i told him i will be wearing something inside but ... :(

perhaps he is joking... but the comments really sadden me. the feeling is like wanting to share your happiness with the one you love even thou he is not by your side but the response is .... oh well, not everyday is a perfect day.. just hope tmr will be a better one. :)

just received a call from one of my headhunters, he didnt manage to get a job for me due to the financial dept he is in charge of.. :( hmmmph...

was thinking earlier on to cook dinner and ask dd to come over to eat.. didnt know tat he has a dinner today with his batchmates.. thought was another day.. till he told me over the phn.. oh well.. shall settle dinner on my own. :)

dd is great.. all his exams passed with high marks. hehe.. anyway, what matters is the income he will be earning in time to come. :)

shall go job hunting and finish up my essay asap.

thanks to martin for cooking the pig liver for us. wasn't a nice place to have steamboat thou. i still prefer the one at tanglin, chongqing. but kinda ex compared to the one we went beside Icon (behind bugis junction). :)

just trf my skl fees to my cuz. im damn broke nw... :( hope i will get a job soon. this degree is killing me...
now im having this very bad flu. feeling so terrible.

today i went out with mum to bugis and chinatwn.

went to temple to pray as well as we bought a bag for my sis. :P

at chinatwn, the decorations are in the midst of display for chinese new year.

my mum and i had this very nice claypot rice at the temp market(at the back of outram mrt)

the rice is actually cooked on the spot using the claypot(the traditional way)

you guys can give them a call at 6227 2470 before arrival to avoid the long wait which is from 45 mins to an hr. it is priced between $4 to $12.

there is this store opposite their store selling 'san lao hor fun', looks nice.
mum bought a knitted cardigan at $18!! hehe.

do drop by this claypot rice store. you won't regret. :) haha

lovesearching..

was clearing up my hotmail, came by some emails from dd. one was sent to me at june and another on august. cant help thinking back how the days were when we were together. was thinking whether did any of us changed or the love has changed or circumstances causing things to feel different now.

was out with sarina last evening. we went shopping ard at orchard, little did we know that shopping centres closed so early. hence, she suggested to go mustafa. great choice. the place was great. thoughts of the last time i came here was with dd. we were so happy walking ard. bought a watch for him. was a great buy within my budget. i bought a fridge holder and my 2007 diary refill. all with 60 bucks!!! HAHA!

when i was hm, saw my frd online. we were chatting abt the topic,'relationship'. he has his troubles at heart. was telling me alot of things which i couldnt tell from the smiles they have on their faces when they were together. he is a nice guy. however, just that fate makes fun of them. oh well, he is nice to offer to accompany me to go shopping when i can't find anyone. haha. thanks!

gtg out meet my cuz. perhaps it will divert my troubles alittle. :)

upgraded version of blogspot!

at last i have been 'upgraded' seamlessly without any hipcups.
I am currently not working now hence, definitely I have the time to blog just that due to the migration to another version. I can't even publish my blog when I have already written it. terrible. hope it won happen again.

yesterday, went out with elsie, she was my ex col in my bank. we went to catch a movie 'Night at the Museum', a very nice humourous one. you guys should go catch it. most of the time, we guys are laughing. haha. hmm. gt to go out heading to shenton and sell my UT already. at its hike. best to catch the price else gonna drop anytime. haha.
